Seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger action films is seriously missed, at least around these parts. Among several Schwarzenegger films that I love, this film, Total Recall is among them as one of my favorites, behind Conan The Barbarian and Terminator 2. This week, take a look at a large gallery of photos from Total Recall and enjoy!

One of the most ridiculous movies of all time, Barbarella. Most cult fans and science fiction fans have seen it - if you haven’t, you really should just so you can say that you saw it. Here’s a great set of photos, mostly medium to high quality images. Jane Fonda was so hot back then. Enjoy!

In my personal opinion, The Hunt for Red October is the best Jack Ryan adaptation to film and the best movie involving Submarines, except for maybe Down Periscope - just kidding. Here’s an awesome set of high quality photos starting off with a bad-ass pic of Sean Connery playing a Russian commander with a Scottish accent, … that’s usually what happens when you become legendary status as an actor. You can pass any nationality with your native accent.

Is this not one of the greatest movies of all-time! I love The Goonies from when I was a kid all the way up till today. I watch it a few times a year and it never seems to get old. What does get old is all the talk about a coming sequel that is never going to happen - it should have happened a couple of years after the first film but as things go in the business, it didn’t happen.
Here’s a great gallery of the cast in high …

Clint Eastwood is one of my all-time favorites - for the bulk of his work and not just one film. This film, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly is one of his most kick ass among many. Here’s a great gallery of photos from this film. Enjoy!

This weeks photo gallery is from the 1994 film Stargate starring Kurt Russell and James Spader, the film that started a huge television franchise.
I’m sure you know by now how much I love the Stargate franchise - I love this film, I love SG-1, I love Atlantis, and I’m excited for the new series Universe. I also very much enjoyed the two DVD films, The Ark of Truth and Continuum.
So enjoy the gallery and look out for the new 15 anniversary Blu Ray edition coming at the end of October.

If there was any movie that made you fall in love with a character played by an actress, it was Claire Danes as Yvaine in the 2007 film Stardust written by Neil Gaiman (Novel) and directed by Matthew Vaughn. Vaughn, who’s proven himself to be a fantastic director with this film, a film that deserved so much more than it got at the box office, is the man behind the new super hero film Kick-Ass. The only reason I mention that, is because Kick-Ass looks like it’s going to be …

This weeks featured film is none other than the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy starring Johnny Depp. In short, the first film is one of the best films in the past ten years, among many however. The other two… I like them but they’re not as good as the first film. Depp is signed for a fourth film - I’m pumped to see what they have planned.
Here’s a large gallery from all three films - sorry for the doubles. There are a few.

This weeks featured film or rather TV mini-series is the epic HBO mini-series Band of Brothers, a story about the legendary 101st Airborne, Easy Company during World War II. The mini-series produced by Tom Hanks (seen above) and Steven Spielberg, is an amazing, emotional, and thrilling series about war and courage all based on true accounting of E-Company’s exploits during the war.
Just below, a large gallery from the mini-series.

Not only was it a proud moment in history for American’s, it was an epic moment for our race - human beings traveled bodly to the moon that orbits our blue planet, a human for the first time stepped on another world not our own. On July 20th, 1969 the Apollo 11 mission successfully landed on the moon with Commander Neil Armstrong saying those famous words, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”
This Monday marks the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission and here on …

Everyone remembers this movie. The first, and only the first, Jurassic Park is cinema history - directed by the great Steven Spielberg. Once again, here’s a gallery from this film but sadly, not all of them are high quality photos; most are medium quality.
