This weeks concept artist is a visual genius in his own right - Tigaer otherwise known as Christian Hecker.  Tigaer was born in Germany - Since 1999 he’s been working with editing programs creating these visual masterpieces of alien worlds and environments.  To read Hecker’s full bio head on over to his website (link posted below).
