It’s amazing how the first season of Fringe became so popular especially since it airs on the hated FOX network. Hated, yes, by me because of several reasons which includes the cancellation Firefly, Terminator: TSCC, and the simple fact that the entire FOX company are controlled by some of the worst business men and women in the game. Reasons for that will take several posts. Fringe, however, is the topic of this post with it’s season two premiere this past Thursday.
Fringe, to sum up my love for the series can …

Hey everybody - hope everyone had a great weekend, mine was less than stellar, but what can you do? But I did manage to see Whiteout over the weekend, and it’s been a while since I did a review, so it was time to do it again.
First, to fill you in on the basic plot (since the trailers were woefully underinformative) - the always beautiful Kate Beckinsale plays U.S. Marshall Carrie Stetko, a fairly average American girl-Marshall stationed in the wild, untamed ice of Antarctica. There in a …

Beware of spoilers for Gamer.
Right out of the gate, let me say this about Gamer; Some movies you’re required to “leave your brain at the door” and Gamer is that movie. Beware of spoilers for District 9.
It goes without saying, although I’m going to say it, film fans thirst, really thirst, for original content from filmmakers and studios. Sequels, however, isn’t something that I dislike - I love some sequels, but my point is that studios make many sequels to films that don’t need sequels. You all know that they only want to capitalize on the …

Beware of spoilers.
I can’t tell you how long I’ve been considering going to see GI Joe even though I predicted much of the time that this movie would be horrible. It wasn’t until the last minute I figured what the hell, I’ve seen so many bad movies in my life what’s one more. I know a lot of people like to talk trash about Michael Bay and his Transformers movies and I know a lot of people say that they don’t watch those movies for the story, only …

The summer season is usually void of television shows unlike the winter. It’s actually nice because even I sometimes need a break from watching 10 to 15 television shows a week - sometimes it’s just to much and if you watch some of the shows I do, your mind gets a work out. The summer is nice because of the break I get, however, I will admit sometimes without anything to watch, I get bored. Thankfully, there are a couple of shows on TV to watch - …
