Hope you guys had a great weekend! I'm feeling good. Anyway, while Phil works on the Emmys this weekend, I'll recap you guys on what you might've missed on Friday and Saturday!

First up, in a somewhat amusing article I had to giggle at, SciFiWire reports that a member of the new Jedi church over in England walked into a department store wearing his Jedi hood over his head and was thrown out. He called it discrimination, though the store was just concerned with security.

The figures from this Friday came in, and Diablo Cody's Jennifer's Body was ranked a distant fifth place, with only 9 million dollars. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs topped 30 million. I clearly saw the wrong movie this weekend.

There's a new clip from Law Abiding Citizen, a movie Phil and I are dying to see, which stars Gerard Butler as a former-military badass who gets pissed off that the justice system let his wife's killers go, so he starts killing the heck out of them. This is going to be dark, but fun!
Also from SciFiWire, The new poster for The Fourth Kind, an abduction movie starring Milla Jovovich that's supposedly based on real abductions, is out. You can also click on their trailer here. I love a good suspense movie so I'd actually like to see this one.

Boris Kodjoe has revealed via Twitter that he will be starring in the next Resident Evil flick, ShockTillYouDrop reports.

Vinnie Jones is set to star in Chuck as expert hitman Karl Stromberg, a quirky guy with a soft side. Via SciFiWire

If you're into this sort of thing, SciFiWire also reports that Warner Home Video is going to release the first two Harry Potter movies as "ultimate editions" on Blu-Ray and DVD on December 8. These will have new featurettes that, when combined with the other ultimate editions, will come together as an eight-hour documentary.

There's a new photo from the upcoming A-Team movie, supposedly the van they're using in the film. It looks as close as any reproduction I've ever seen, though I'm surprised they went with something so old. You can see the picture here. I'm basically convinced this movie is going to be nothing like the TV show whatsover with the cast they've picked, so we'll have to see if it's written well or not.

Airlock Alpha reports that Fringe earned a 4.7 rating/8 share, the lowest numbers in the series' history. However, when Fox moved it from being after the mysteriously-popular American Idol, they should have expected this, so there's no word yet about the series being in trouble.

Last but not least, via SciFiWire, there's a new promo out for Stargate Universe!
