Oh, God this is going to be awkward to watch. Eliza with the standard ‘let’s-get-us-a-katana!’ stock option Nippon plastic? They mentioned Dolls were supposed to be physically capable, nimble and all that, but every time that’s put to the test everything goes to hell.
This is everything that’s wrong with sci-fi television these days.
@Keith - Wrong? Because of the promo photos?!? Can you be a little more specific?
I think these are just random shots like the other ones were last year, guys, I don’t think she’s actually going to be wearing plastic body armor unless they have a really weird gig come up.
And … depending on what you meant, Keith, I’m not sure I agree. If you’re talking about exploiting Eliza’s body to sell the show - that’s not Sci-Fi, that’s EVERYWHWERE. Have you ever worked in I.T.? All software, including server software that requires no human interaction, feature advertisements now feature incredibly hot half-asian women wearing bluetooth headsets and the like. That’s the way of the world.
Dollhouse is not a flesh-fest - it’s got a deep meaning to it, especially if the DVD episode (Epitaph One) is any indicator as to where the show is going.
