As your well aware, I didn't post mostly all last week because I had a family emergency that I had to tend to.  As straight forward as I can be, NFD and my day job don't mean anything when it comes to my immediate family - I'm sure you can understand that and if you don't, you're an asshole.  Thankfully, things have worked out and the person in question is on a road to recovery but it won't be an easy one because of the surgery.  What that means for NFD is I have to give extra time to the person that needs care which means less time for NFD which is a part-time hobby, one that I love.

In the long run, at least for the time being, I'm going to slow down on posting - specifically, they'll be more content in NFD Daily and not in single posts.   They'll probably be less photo posts as well.  As usual, I can try and provide as much content with my commentary as possible but somethings require more than my own two hands. That leads me to another thing...

Is anyone interested in being a news writer on NFD???  At the moment, I'm just asking if anyone would be interested, I'm not offering anything yet.  Even still, if you are interested, it would not be a paid position - you'd be required to post a few things weekly (just random recent film or TV news).  There is more that I'd like in a writer as well but until I decide, I just want to know if anyone is interested.  That means, I may not hire anyone at all.  My biggest issue is I don't want to ask people to do anything for free because good work doesn't come free - I understand that. But if your looking to be a blogger, experience wouldn't hurt and you'll get that here - it would just be unpaid, at least for now.

Coming in the next couple of days will be my quick thoughts on TV this past week as well as my review for District 9.  In short, I loved that movie.
