Does that image look familiar? It should, it's John Carter from Mars. This weeks fantasy artist is Frank Frazetta - the king of all fantasy illustrators.
Frazetta illustrations is the kind of work that scifi and fantasy films are trying to base their movies off of - and with good reason. They are magnificent. Sure, there's plenty of kick ass artists out there but I'll bet you money that most of them got started because of this guy.
Whatever the case may be, if your going to continue to enjoy fantasy art, then you need to know about this man. Head on over to his official website and learn more about this classic illustrator.
I love the last three pics, especially of the viking or whatever guy. That's totally bad ass.
