Music for the Star Trek trailer!
Since the release of the new Star Trek trailer last week, people have been obsessed with the music attached to the trailer, for good reason - it's amazing and fits so well with the trailer making it look incredible epic. It goes to show you what good music can do to a film, even when it's just a trailer. What I'm trying to get at - the music is now available online! Sort of.
The music comes from a group that specilizes in music specifically for film trailers. The the groups name is Two Steps From Hell and you can find their site RIGHT HERE.
In the first trailer, the song featured from them is called "Down With The Enterprise" but it's really just a cover from Bryan Tyler's Children of Dune track "War". In this very new trailer the song featured is called "Freedom Fighters" and you can listen to it below.
Unfortunately I don't know if there is a download link anywhere, but you can actually just rip it with a youtube audio ripper you can download anywhere. I'm not saying I did that, ... but maybe I did.
