Mickey Rourke as the villain in Rambo 5?
Who wants another Rambo? I do!
Over the weekend a rumor came out via The Sun that Mickey Rourke is going to play the villain in Sylvester Stallone's Rambo 5 but I don't believe it.
The Sun is notorious for unreliable information and that's pretty much the reason why I don't believe it. In the event that it actually is true, I can't say I like it all that much. Don't get me wrong, Mickey Rourke is great but I just don't see it. All I see is Stallone kicking ass as Rambo and that's it.
The source for The Sun claims the two met and spoke about Rambo but the odds are that they spoke about The Expendables which Rourke will be making an appearance in.
"It was weird seeing two movie tough guys sipping tea on the veranda," says the source. "They chatted about the Oscars then Sly begged Mickey to sign for Rambo. Mickey said he was up for it."
Another reason why I don't believe the story is because The Sun doesn't even know who's starring in The Expendables. Sorry guys, Sandra Bullock was a false rumor and Ben Kingsley couldn't do it.
