Samuel L. Jackson signs 9 times as Nick Fury!
After several weeks of negotiations, Samuel L. Jackson has finally signed to reprise his small introductory role as Nick Fury!
"The actor, who just weeks ago was seemingly on the outs with the studio over reprising his role as Nick Fury, agent of spy outfit S.H.I.E.L.D., has signed an unprecedented nine-picture deal to play the character in a series of Marvel movies," says The Hollywood Reporter.
NINE MOVIES!! Wow, that's insane. "The movies include 'Iron Man 2,' 'Thor,' 'Captain America,' 'The Avengers' and its sequels," says the site. "Also on the table is the possibility of toplining a 'S.H.I.E.L.D." movie, which is in development."
I can tell you that I'm pretty damn happy about this news. All of us know that Sam Jackson is awesome and he owns the role of Nick Fury, ... Fury was even designed after him. I'm excited to see him in the future Marvel films!
God, the future of Marvel films is going to be totally huge.
