Kate Winslet on the cover of Time Magazine “Best Actress”

I'm really thrilled that she won the Oscar for best actress.  I loved her movie The Reader and if I didn't see it after 2008 ended, it would have been my number 1 or 2 on my top 10 list - which was already created and posted before I even saw this movie.
