Tron starts shooting around Easter
Apparently Disney is starting to let people who need to know that Tron will star shooting in Canada around Easter, according to Moviehole.net.
"The highly-anticipated sequel to 'Tron' will film from April 6th to July 15th in Vancouver," says the site.
Vancouver is a good place to shoot considering it isn't as expensive as shooting in Los Angeles and I have no doubt that the studio loves the idea of shooting in a cheaper location since the film itself is high in effects, which is probably really expensive.
In other Tron news - A designer named Daniel Simon is now in Los Angeles working on the concept designs for Tron 2. Simon, a car designer, will hopefully make the anticipated Lightcycles look like this design below, ... amazing! Which he made, by the way. [io9.com]
