Mickey Rourke may not be doing Iron Man 2 after all
Is Marvel being cheap again?
Earlier in the week it was officially announced by AICN that Rourke is going to be in Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables, but unfortunately one of the films he was rumored to be involved with, Iron Man 2, may not be happening.
While speaking to Vulture Rourke told them, "Right now, we're not doing Iron Man 2."
I have to guess that Marvel is being cheap with him like they're being cheap with everyone else who goes out for a role in a Marvel film. They don't want to pay the money and that's obvious with the events of Samuel L. Jackson and Terence Howard.
However, it's totally possible he's waiting for the Oscars to be over, to see if he wins, before he makes any deals with Marvel. I hope he does it though.
