Michael Shanks might do a cameo in Stargate Universe

All Stargate fans know that as of right now Stargate is basically taking a rest. Soon, however, we'll be able to see a new television series plus two DVD movies, one for SG-1 and the other for Atlantis.

While speaking to SciFi Wire, actor Michael Shanks said that there's more in store for Dr. Jackson which may include a cameo on Stargate Universe.

"I talked to [executive producer] Brad Wright a couple of weeks ago, and he asked me if I'd be interested in doing a cameo in the Universe pilot, and I of course said I would be," he said.

Also in the interview he talks a little about the SG-1 movie coming up where he confirms the film will be "O'Neill-heavy", but he doesn't know more than that.
