Danny Elfman scores Terminator 4

During the Critics Choice Awards last week, composer Danny Elfman revealed to MTV that he'll be scoring McG's Terminator Salvation. "I just started yesterday," Elfman said.
I'll just cut to it - Elfman says he doesn't know if he's going to use the Terminator theme...W T F!!
"I think if it comes up and it seems appropriate, we will [use it]," he said. "And if it doesn't, we [won't]. I never really know what to expect when I begin other that just kind of get into it and have fun. Especially a movie like 'T4' - just have fun. So that's what I intend to do."
Great... thanks.
On top of that Common is allowed to make a track for the film.
Two things, first Common shouldn't even be in the movie. Rappers shouldn't be allowed to act, everyone knows that! Second, the fact that Elfman doesn't want to use the theme just pisses me off. I don't even like the fact that Bear McCreary doesn't use the theme in The Sarah Connor Chronicles. This is a major movie in the franchise and the music is epic all by itself. Terminator 3, at least, used it in the closing credits but it still loses a lot when it's not used in the opening credits.
I'm really just aggrivated by this news.
