Judge Dredd movie on the way!
Judge Dredd is making a return! but it's a remake and not a sequel to Sly Stallone's film, which of course I really liked, even if people didn't think so.
"Rebellion and 2000 AD are proud to announce that Judge Dredd is coming to a cinema near you soon!" says 2000 AD Online. "Together with DNA Films, the movie production company behind such great sci-fi movies such as Sunshine and 28 Weeks Later, Judge Dredd will go into production in 2009."
I'm totally down with a new Judge Dredd movie! Sure, I'd love to see a sequel with Stallone only because Stallone is great but if it has to be a remake I don't think I'm against it.
I don't doubt we'll start hearing more news in the coming weeks and I look forward to what we'll be hearing. Hopefully it's good stuff.
