Tim Robbins, Hawkeye and Black Widow in Iron Man II?

Here is a big story leading into the weekend.

We all know that Iron Man 2 is in full motion, creating a script and so forth, but some interesting tidbits from Latino Review have surfaced.

"Tim Robbins is going to be playing Howard Stark in an important flashback sequence that is going to set up the Avengers and Captain America films," says El Mayimbe of LR.  I'm going to guess that scene has something to do with the super soldier project but I bet anyone can tell that from the quote. He continues, "Jon Favreau wanted to get a good actor because he didn't think the guy who played Howard in the last film could carry such an important scene."  What a way to make an actor feel like shit, lol.

I can't really comment on this because the outcome is pretty obvious; Tim Robbins is a great actor and only good can come from this.  With Don Cheadle on board and now Robbins, Iron Man 2 is shaping up to be better than the first film, but that's not all.

"I'm also told that Hawkeye and Black Widow are definitely in Iron Man 2 and they won't be cameos either."

What do you think about that?  I'm betting that Tony is going to try and sleep with Black Widow... If you don't know about those characters head over to Wikipedia for Black Widow and Hawkeye.

This is going to be great. Other than Iron Man, I found out there’s new sequel to Batman too. :)
