Legend of the Seeker
This is a new television show that I've never heard of. While visiting Juicy-Flawless.org, I came across this show. I don't know anything about it but upon viewing the trailer... it looks really cool. Apparently there is a preview of the show coming this weekend hosted by Lucy Lawless; Saturday, October 18.

Below is a press release that easily explains it better than I can. Take a look.
One of the most anticipated television premieres of the new season, Legend of the Seeker, is only two weeks away from premiering with a two-hour event in national syndication the weekend of November 1st. Viewers won’t have to wait until then for a first look. Local affiliates airing the weekly series are offering viewers a special sneak peek, The Making of a Legend, beginning on October 18th (check www.LegendoftheSeeker.com for local tune-in information). Hosted by Lucy Lawless (star of Xena: Warrior Princess), one of the most notable actors in this genre, this half-hour preview takes viewers on a journey to the show's spectacular home in New Zealand to meet the stars, both on and off the screen. The Making of a Legend preview special will also treat viewers to the exhilarating first 10-minutes of the premiere episode, an exclusive first look at the highly-anticipated epic fantasy series.
The Making of a Legend provides in-depth interviews and a preview in with the executive producers, including acclaimed filmmakers Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert, the talented team responsible for the hit shows, Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys; lead actors, Craig Horner and Bridget Regan; as well as the brilliant teams responsible for the incredible theatrical special effects, stunts and costume designs. Viewers will get to see first-hand how this television series captures elements of fantasy, adventure, magic, mystery and romance, exactly like a feature film, but as a new hour-long adventure each and every week.
Based on the bestselling works of author Terry Goodkind, Legend of the Seeker marks the return of the action adventure genre to syndication after almost a decade. Legend of the Seeker follows the extraordinary epic tale of woodsman Richard Cypher and a beautiful and mysterious woman named Kahlan Amnell. When Richard, played by Craig Horner, discovers that he has powers from within, he transforms into a magical leader to stop a sinister tyrant Darken Rahl (Craig Parker). Kahlan, portrayed by Bridget Regan, serves as his protective guide and has sworn to keep him safe from all harm. Zedd (Bruce Spence), a wise and powerful old wizard accompanies Richard and Kahlan on their epic journey.
Legend of the Seeker is produced by ABC Studios, marking their first venture into broadcast syndication. Sam Raimi ("Spider-Man," "Spider-Man 2," "Spider-Man 3" and "The Evil Dead"), Rob Tapert ("The Grudge," "Xena: Warrior Princess," "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" and "Cleopatra 2525"), Joshua Donen ("The Quick and the Dead"), Ned Nalle (production executive for "Xena: Warrior Princess" and "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys") and Ken Biller (“Star Trek: Voyager” and “Six Degrees”) serve as executive producers.
Legend of the Seeker has been cleared by Disney-ABC Domestic Television in more than 95% of the country, including all of the top 50 markets. Production on the 22-episodes is currently underway in New Zealand.
So it all sounds really cool and I think I'll see it when it premieres Nov 1st. When I see it I'll post a review and add it to the list of shows that I watch weekly. Until then, take a look at the trailer below.

I’m really hopeful! I thought the preview trailers have looked pretty cool.
I hope that in the next two weeks people start hearing more about it-it doesn’t seem like enough people have.
I just wanted to point out that the show website has tons of new material if people are still wondering what it’s all about. The latest trailer looks great, and there is behind the scenes information too. Also a widget that shows you where and when it airs in your area. As it is in syndication, it’s on at different times depending on where you live.
