No one has reached out to Gervais yet for the Oscars
British comedian Ricky Gervais made a big impact during this past Emmy Awards and because of that, rumors have began circulating that he's being saught after for the annual Academy Awards, which you can read about right HERE!
Are those rumors true? Larry Mark who's the co-producer of the Oscars told Yahoo!, "We haven't made one single phone call. There has been no reaching out."
Sid Ganis, president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences says "We haven't gotten that far yet."
So there it is. So far they haven't even considered any hosts but if it does come down to Gervais, I'll behind it 100%
