The Sci-Fi Channel may be thinking of a Tin Man sequel?

Tin Man is a television mini series that aired on the Sci-Fi channel telling a reinvisioned Wizard of OZ story.

During the Emmy awards E! Online caught up with Kathleen Robertson, one of the stars in Tin Man, who played Azkedellia.  E! asked her about the possibility of a sequel to the mini series.  "I don't know! I hand kinda heard yes, and then I kinda heard no, but it would be fun if it did happen," Robertson told Kristin Dos Santos of E!.  Dos Santos also mentions that she heard the same thing from Neal McDonough who also starred in the mini series.

I'm not exactly sure what the overall response from the general audience was or what the ratings were but I like Tin Man.  I don't want to go into a review but it was a lot of fun with a likable cast.  Sure the mini series was full of problems and things I didn't like but what doesn't these days.  All in all it's a quality TV movie that entertained me; I even bought the DVD.  On top of that, Kathleen Robertson is smokin as Azkedellia... did anyone see the photos of her at the Emmy's.  If you didn't check them out HERE!  They're delightful (that means her cleavage is incredible).

Right now, I do believe Sci-Fi is working on another mini series from the same people who worked on Tin Man.  I can't remember exactly what it is and I'm too lazy to look it up but I believe its Alice in Wonderland.  What I do know, the plan is to recreate that mini series the way Tin Man was recreated.  If they want the same production team to work on a sequel to Tin Man, they obviously have to wait until they're done working on that.  Basically what I'm trying to say, I doubt they'll be any word on the project for a while.

I obviously would like to see more, what about you?  Would you watch another mini series about the land of OZ?
