Here is a new movie that I knew nothing or heard about until now.  io9.com has posted up a couple of new concept designs from a movie called Wynter Dark.  The plot synopsis that comes from Quiet Earth says, "Set 800 years in the future, in a world gripped by a devastating ice age, the Kingdom of New York is besieged by the Kingdom of London and the Empire of Neo Tokyo in a bitter battle for freedom.  Don't know when they will start filming."

The concept design below is really great, I love how it looks.  I really like what I've read with the synopsis, it sounds really interesting and I hope it turns out to be a great movie and not a huge disappointment.  Whenever more info comes out, I'll post it.
