I was very keen to see this as I loved the original and was hoping for a current and creative expansion on the ideas.

From a relatively simple plot in the original film, the sequel attempts to include far too many "big" fast paced elements with far too little screen time to effectively anchor them into the storyline to give them credibility. The in-film references to the first "wargames" only adds to the confusion.

I would give it a 4/10. Spend your money elsewhere.

This movie sucks, pale comparison to its predecessor. The usual crowd for this movie tends to revolve around computer nerds. Thus, by being a computer nerd you realize how retarded this movie is. It portrays hacking with pretty GUI's within seconds. In the beginning it shows the main character trying to hack an email by guessing passwords. Then, nearing the end of the movie he hacks the governments super computer with AI within minutes. i give it 1 out of 10. Probably the worst movie ive ever come in contact with.
