I found that it lacked the heart to utter despair we find with this tragic hero. Also, it was very choppy and seemed like it was scenes that were sticked together. Yet, in all it holds up well for what it is. 7/10

Hi Soran,
" the pacing was off at the beginning"

I've heard a lot of people say that. I honestly didn't see it.

As for your first comment about "containing"... yes you saw what I was saying. Plus Liv Tyler saying, Stop!... wtf...!!!

Yes - if you are thinking of what I am thinking of at the end of the movie - precisely *how* does the U.S. government intend to *contain* that thing? They can't even contain Hulk. Retarded.

All in all, it was a good movie, I'd probably go with 7 out of ten - the pacing was off at the beginning, the dialogue was not as smart and punchy as it was in Iron Man, and the characters were RIDICULOUSLY archetypical. (I kept turning to my friend in the audience every time Liv was on stage and going, "Louis does know that this is not 1955, right??") These characters felt like a Frenchman trying to view the United States from outside and thinking he knows what we are about. Still, those gripes aside, good film.
