X-Files: I Want to Believe is a movie that I'm very much anticipating because I love the show and the characters.  It's return is just a huge thing for me and Sci Fi fans overall. 

In an interview with Wizard Universe, David Duchovny doesn't rule out more films in the future.  "It's a serial show by its nature.  The frame and the characters throw off an infinite number of stories and situations, it's a classic, archetypal relationship, with a believer and a nonbeliever, with this kind of unrequited love in the middle of it and it all works and that can workd for as long as your stories are good."  All of this is going to be based on the fact if this film makes good money.  Depending on what the budget was in creating this film, I believe that X-Files 2 has an chance to make back it's money, later making profit.   I really hope it does at least.

If more X-Files films get made I'll be really happy.  I don't even care if this movie sucks, more X-Files the better.
