The day after the Oscars Ryan Seacrest had Busey on his radio show to see what the hell the deal was the night before... and he proved once again that he's a crazy bastard.  You can listen to that interview HERE!!

Now Yahoo! has an artical saying that Gary Busey is apologizing to Jennifer Garner for making her feel uncomfortable.

"I meant no disrespect to Ms. Jennifer Garner when I met her at the Oscars and apologize if I made her uncomfortable," the 63-year-old actor said in a statement e-mailed Monday by a publicist for his attorney, Vicki Roberts.

By the time he realized Garner and Linney were being interviewed, Busey said he tried to step back but "suddenly Ryan introduced her to me."

Calls to Garner's publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, weren't immediately returned.

"I simply greeted both actresses with joy and open arms, which is the way I would greet anyone I'm happy to meet," Busey said. "Everyone has experienced a handshake or hug which has turned awkward, and this was no different."

I thought that incident was funny as hell but also very disturbing.  I sad when you look at an actor like Gary Busey, who has done a few memorable movies.  He's a mess!!  What I found even more funny is how everyone was saying, who invited Busey to the Oscars anyways.

Seriously though... go and listen to the interview on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, its hysterical.
