Finally, after years and years of waiting, we'll finally be able to see an X-Men character that everyone wanted to see but never got.  Gambit!  According to Superherohype, Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch has been signed for a three picture deal to don the badass role of Gambit.

I really don't know any of Kitsch's work, so I don't know if his acting talents can work for the role.  That I'll leave up to people who watch Friday Night Lights.  As for his look, given the picture to the right, he does sure look like he can be a good Gambit, but we will see.  For now all I can do is give him the benefit of the doubt.

The last couple of days have seen a couple of different casting choices for characters in X-Men, including Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool.  That you can read HERE!

Others include Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth, Danny Huston as William Stryker and Lynn Collins as Silver Fox.
