I normally never really post about box office take, but I though this was important to show what kind of success Cloverfield has turned out to be. 

Keep in mind that Cloverfield was made for $25 million buck, and what  ever the promotional cost was, I don't know.  Today, Boxofficemojo.com reports that Cloverfield domestically has cashed in with $71.9 million and the international take is $35.5 million.  Add those together and you get $107.4 million and some odd dollars.

So I thought I mentioned, whether the buzz on the film payed off critically, it sure as hell payed off financially.
