In a press conference in Tokyo Tuesday, Smith unintentionally let slip the ending to I Am Legend, this was quickly confirmed when co-producer and co-screenwriter Akiva Goldsmith shouted out "Don't give away the ending!"

Afterwards, press handlers asked all attendees to not spoil the movie for viewers by keeping the end a secret.

And after a quick google news search it looks like they've obliged though I've got to point out, that the book and the two previous movies have all ended the same so the only possible surprise would be if this version ended any different, then again, there's a reason why the movie has a title that it does.
