Looks like the Nazi’s are coming back, but not how you think.  Friend and New Film Dimension reader, Ernest, pointed me towards this new horror film, and he loves it, but is also concerned at the production problems.  Even so, it looks like now its on its way to being made.  This is what Ernest has to say.

 ”They keep getting dicked around by investors and that is essentially the reason for the hold up!  I guess if it’s not a remake then it isn’t worth their time.  Truth be told, Worst Case Scenario looks legendary, evil, grim and cold. It would be such a crime if it doesn’t get made.  Considering that these two trailers easily out scare and out class pretty much any horror movie in a very long time.”

We are currently pre-producing our feature movie WORST CASE SCENARIO, slated to shoot in 2007. The original screenplay of this horrormovie centers on the common friction between neighboring countries. It’s a global phenomenon, and even in peaceful Western Europe you will find old grudges. If you dig deep enough.

In the final of the World Championship soccer games Holland and Germany are going to war. A visiting American and his family try to get away from the nationwide frenzy, but traveling to a North Sea island they wind up in situations far, far worse.

As of right now, Gore Hound has produced 2 promo trailers.  You can see them both here.  I’ve said before that i’m no authority on horror films, not even in the slightest.  I’ll tell you though, these to promo’s looks really cool.  The style looks very dark and grim, and they’re well made.  I look foward to seeing an official trailer, when the movie is actually made.

Now also, I don’t think Zombie movies have the same effect on people like they use to, or maybe its just me, so it’ll probably be very hard for Gore Hound to produce a scary film.  Either way, just from the promo’s, it looks like it could be fun non the less.  All that said, the movie isn’t even made yet, but the promo’s are cool.  Thanks to Ernest.
