From Around The Net

Theres a couple of little story's from around the net, starting with what the Terminator: TSCC producer has to say about the effects of the strike on the highly anticipated series.

Terminator producer talks strike - IGN

I've seen the original pilot, before it went for reshoots, and I hated it.  Because of that first pilot, I have strong belief that this TV show is going to be absolutly terrible.  Sure its highly anticipated, but that doesn't mean its going to be any good.  Besides the fact that its on Fox, which mean early cancellation, this show doesn't hold any water.  I saw a terrible mess with that pilot and I don't think its going  to please anyone.

Dragonball Z film has its hero and villan - Variety

This is a tough one to predict.  On one hand this could be a fun action movie but on the other, is anyone going to see it.  I have a feeling that this movie isn't going to be a successful as much as people thinks it will.  Some can argue that it has a huge fanbase.... yea, so does Star Trek and Firefly and look at how much money they made for there films.  The last ST and the only Firefly movie are complete finacial bombs, and they both have a very large fanbases.  I'm not convinced at all that this will be successful, but also, the movie isn't even made yet.  Lets just wait and see how this looks.

Screenwriter Justin Marks talks plans for He-Man film - IESB

Thats a cool interview.  Like most people, we all love the cheesy Masters of the Universe movie from the 80s, and I for one, always hoped for a new He-Man movie.  I like the fact that Justin Marks says its all Eternia and not an Earth based movie.  I also like how he's going for a Batman Begins route with his script.  If its written as good as it sounds, this could be a fun film to watch.  Marks also says, no wrestlers as He-Man... thank god!  I think they need to bring back Dolph Lundgren and respark his career for a comeback.... lol, nah, i'm kidding... maybe.
